Snow Bunny

All bundled up and no place to go...We have cabin fever here and it has only been a day and a half that we have been homebound. Jonathon keeping good on his promise built our sweet girl a snowman and she could not have been more delighted. These 30 minutes we played outside have been the best 30 minutes all weekend! Building a snowman proved to be much harder than one might have anticipated...I just watched but it certainly looked complicated enough. Luckily, it was worth every freezing minute Jonathon spent out in the cold bc she LOVED LOVED LOVED it or him...or whatever :-). She is napping now and Im pretty sure it is going to be a long one, I think the snow wore her out! Hope everyone around these parts got to play in the snow with your loved ones and at least got a snow angel out of the deal. My little snow bunny sure does like this white stuff! XOXO

And She Bangs...On The Drums...

So... the first picture is Georgia's faceless expression when she realizes that *GASP* not all restaurants have cheese dip. I realized at the same moment that we ALWAYS eat Mexican food when we go out or at the very least we are somewhere that has spinach/artichoke dip so...to my child, restaurants and dip go hand in hand. Chinese restaurants are not on her radar and apparently this particular one was not up to her very HIGH standards. She did perk right up when she realized that this one came with something much much cooler... DRUM STICKS(also known as chop sticks to the general public). HA! PF Chengs is my favorite but I'm pretty sure Georgey could have done with or without the food. :-) My little senorita.

Ring A Round The Rosies

While my child LOVES to play Ring A Round The Rosies, I find it a bit disturbing to know it is a song actually about the Bubonic plaque. How can a song so many children love be about sores, flowers in dying peoples pockets, burning the dead, and the killing off of an entire population? Super Disturbing. Just Sayin'. I hope she NEVER asks me to explain it to her. Happy Monday everyone :-)

Got Cheese Dip?

We headed to lunch today to meet Court and Boston at Stobys for some grub. Georgey was enthralled with B and the good news is she only has to wait two more days before we see him again! Were having dinner with all the girls on Monday after work! Having that to look forward to will make the day go by soooooo much faster! Here are some snapshots from our lunch date with little mister Boston.

MMMMM...I think she forgot how much she loved Puffs until she devoured all of Bostons!

"Let me give you a long distance hug"

Shoving cheetos in her mouth while a very patient Aunt Courtney holds her

Georgia laughing at the dude at the next table. Little Ham.

Bow Holder that Aunt Courtney made for G. What a great present!!!

FLASHDANCE

Legwarmers to me are reminiscent of Flashdance. I cannot lay eyes on a pair without busting out in song in my head to..."WHAT A FEELING, BEINS' BELIEVING....I CANT HAVE IT ALL, NOW IM DANCIN' FOR MY LIFE..." Anywho, Georgia obviously digs the legwarmers and the song too. She looked awesome for gymnastics this week. You go girl, way to give Jennifer Beals a run for her money!
