You Ought To Be In Pictures

Nothing exciting going on around here this week. We are gearing up for Jonathon's Graduation next week which is SUPER exciting but this week is relatively quiet. We needed that. My scope on my stomach showed some irregularities but am still awaiting more tests for conclusive results. Blah. Please keep me in your prayers and Georgia and Jonathon too that they have the strength and patience to put up with me. Oh, and while you're at it, my mom would probably appreciate some too, as she has to listen to my constant whining about being sick. Hope everyone is having a good week. All, that being said, I am feeling tons better and haven't really been "sick" since the weekend. The anesthesia from the procedure just kicked my butt. Just one more day until FRIDAY!! WOO HOO!!!

Pretty As A Picture

More pics from Courtney. Isn't this baby precious? She looks just like a little doll!!

Is there a ballerina in the house?!

Georgey has taken to wearing her tutus everywhere. She goes into her closet and points up at them and says "tutu, tutu". This is my cue to stop what I am doing and acommodate her every wish and command. She doesnt show favorites really between her tutus but I have been letting her wear her red one more than her purple one bc it just fits better. She looks like a little prima donna. I love it that she wants to play dress up. I like to play dress up too!

Just some pics of miss priss kicking it over the weekend. I was super sick so she got to spend lots of time with her Daddy on Saturday and on Sunday she went with her Nana and poppy ed to eat watermelon while i rested! Today is my scope so wish me luck and please send lots of my prayers my way about 9:00 a.m. I am a wee bit nervous...Ok, truth be told, I'm a lot nervous. Prayer Warriors also appreciated. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday! XOXO

Oh, How Things Have Changed

Gone are the dinners with rounds and rounds of drinks and hours of mindless conversation...They have been replaced. The babies have taken over! These pics are from a dinner a couple of weeks ago with the girls and Paxton and Boston. And no, Georgia isnt attacking Boston in his carseat, she is giving him kisses. So glad we all got to hang out. I hope we get to again very soon.

Foxy Curls

Courtney Utley took G's pics on Thursday evening and here is a sneak peek of a couple of the shots she got! We used Georgia's new "foxy curls" by bed head that her Aunt Amanda Rhea gave her and her hair looked so sweet! We went to Hendrix, trekked to an old blue door downtown, and went to the train across from Mikes Place! It was so much fun. Georgia was in a great mood but it was hard to get her to stand still for even a moment bc she is always so nosey! She get that from mama too. I cant wait to see the rest! Courtney did an amazing job with her! Thanks Courtney.

Daddy+Georgia=Happy Baby

Georgia definitely goes through cycles of who she likes the most in our household. At present, the bar is swinging in her daddy's favor. He can play babydolls with the best of them. That puts him at the top of her list :-)

Shady Lady

Georgia Grace plotting her next move....very carefully....

Looks like she wants to give the swimming pool kisses. This is her famous kissy face.

Chillin' at the pool with Chloe Bear. Good Times.

She just dumped out this cup of water. This is her favorite thing to do at the pool.

Playing around with her mama. Still getting some good use out of the susprise face.

This is my favorite pic..she is soaking up the sun reading her trash mag. AWWWWW!!!

There are certain things that sometimes just grab you by the heartstrings and pull so hard they make you cry. This was one of those moments for me. Jonathon is a wonderful daddy and sometimes when I see the two of them together it overwhelms me with the love that I have for my little family. G is still obsessed with rocking and she is still working out the kinks in her interpretation of rock a bye baby. I have to figure out a way to post it on here as an audio clip. I promise it might make you bawl like it does me! HA!

In our house, we have a "catch-all" room. I suppose you could call it a guest room bc on the occasion that we have overnight guests, it miraculously is clean and somewhat resembles a bedroom...Well, we cleaned it out! The bed, the armoire, everything went and now we are going to have a playroom/PlayStation room. Jonathon and Georgia will be equal part owners in this room. I think we are going to paint it turquoise (light) or yellow. What do you guys think? This is the only room in our house, that hasn't been painted, and I'm pretty sure I have never been motivated to do so until now. Hopefully, we will find a futon soon that Jonathon and I can agree on and get that taken care of too! I love our home but we are seriously busting at the seams with all of this babies toys. I think at last count we have 5 huge bins in our garage that are clothes alone. Not to mention the excersaucer, the swing, the two highchairs, and the countless, countless toys and "babies" that this child has. It feels better already just to have some extra floor space and get the living room cleaned up a little. She loves this new room and running around in it. She has lots of room to shake her groove thing. I just hope its as cute when I'm done as it is in my head...
